True joy is something only God can give. Joy doesn't come from material things. You can scroll, go retail-therapy shopping, or watch one more episode of your favorite tv show… but you will only find enduring joy by spending time with God. We encourage you to remember this as you wear our “joy” color.

Nothing will satisfy your heart like knowing Jesus will. No relationship, accomplishment, reward, job, and no amount of money. If you want to live a truly joyful life, fix your eyes on Jesus and thank Him. He is a good and trustworthy God!

When Jesus shared the parable of the sower, He said “The cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.” Proverbs says “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears (worships) the Lord is to be praised.”

When you start to feel rushed or busy, let this be your reminder to slow down and be grateful. Joy will surely follow.
