Step 2. listen to the worship playlist & paint your nails
Step 3. let your nails be a reminder
Throughout life, we encounter both mountaintop joys and valley sorrows. Yet, amidst these fluctuations, there remains a steadfast source of peace. It is found not in the absence of challenges, but in the unwavering presence of God. As we pause to reflect and rest in His unfailing love, we discover a peace that surpasses circumstance, a refuge in every season of life.
To truly dwell in wellness, we must courageously face our unwell emotions and challenging circumstances. We do this by pausing and sitting in stillness with God, laying it all at His feet, knowing He has already overcome. In His presence, we find a place to be well.
Let this be your reminder to take time to check in on your heart and find rest in Jesus.
John 4:13-14
“Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.””
Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
For every bottle of “wellstead” polish sold, we will give one to Wellstead as a hospitality gift for one of their retreat guests.
